Swifts are remarkable migratory birds that have long made their nests in the small gaps and crevices of older buildings. Unfortunately, modern construction methods have reduced these natural nesting spaces, contributing to a decline in swift populations.

By including swift bricks at our Tapestry development, alongside bird boxes, we can help provide safe, secure places for swifts to nest and breed. It’s a simple, cost‑effective measure that can make a meaningful difference to local wildlife and helps protect species that are an important part of our natural environment.

Many of our homes are also fitted with air source heat pumps, an efficient, low‑carbon alternative to traditional heating systems. These pumps absorb heat from the outside environment and transfer it into the home to provide warmth and hot water, helping to cut carbon emissions and support the transition to a greener, more sustainable future.
